Socialist Obama Joe’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is allowing illegal aliens who were formerly deported and then returned to apply for new legal status in a move that encourages lawlessness and will let more criminals into the country. “This is like the ‘don’t ask, don’t tell.’ We won’t ask you where you’ve been during your inadmissible period, and you don’t tell us. It’s sheer craziness,” said Emilio Gonzalez, who ran U.S. Citizenship an Immigration Services (USCIS) under former President George W. Bush. The DHS now says it is “irrelevant” if illegals had crossed the border yet again after being deported. Previously, these types of applications would have been automatically denied by USCIS unless the illegals had been outside of the country for at least ten years. The DHS’ new interpretation of the rule has reversed this former precedent. Big League Politics has reported on DHS admitting the border problem is the worst it has been in decades or perhaps ever as border agents revolt against Biden’s disgusting policies: “Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas met with Border Patrol agents from the Yuma sector on Wednesday, and it was a disastrous meeting in which border patrol agents expressed their extreme frustration with the Biden regime’s policies. One border patrol agent even turned his back on Mayorkas out of disgust. “Let me just say, you can turn your back on me but I won’t turn my back on you,” Mayorkas said in response to the agent who flagrantly disrespected him.
