Join us for a private 4-course beer pairing dinner to kick off our 11th Anniversary week of festivities! The evening will begin with a brewery tour by co-owner and Massachusetts Brewers Guild President Sam Hendler. The ticket price also includes a commemorative beer stein and a 4-pack of the Jack's Abby/Bierstadt Lagerhaus collaboration Export Lager to take home two days before it's available to the public! The courses (listed with vegetarian option): Beef carpaccio or cheese board with Brie, Manchego, and Blue cheese with pita , crostini and fruit paired with Post Shift Pilsner Harvest salad paired with Blood Orange Wheat Beef tenderloin with mashed potatoes, carrots, and broccolini or pasta primavera with seasonal vegetables paired with our Bierstadt collaboration Export Lager Tiramisu paired with Smoke and Dagger Black Lager ***Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
