Celebrate Feisty Spirit's 9th anniversary. We will be offering a Welsh Rabbit cheese and Cracked Bean Chocolate Factory pairing with a flight. Plus the option to get a bottle of our special anniversary Maniac Malt Whiskey release at a discounted price (while supplies last). The pairing is as follows: 1. Unaged Single Grain White Corn with Smokin' Goat Cheese and curried nuts. This cheese is produced by local Majorero goat farmers in the Canary Island of Spain and smoked over beech wood. 2. Maniac Malt Whiskey paired with Quadrello di Bufala and 70% Honduras Dark Chocolate. This is an Italian cheese made with water buffalo milk from an updated Lomardian Taleggio recipe. The chocolate is produced by one man, on one farm in Honduras. 3. RESPECT Red Corn Bourbon paired with Soppressata, an Italian dry salami. 4. Rockit Rye Whiskey paired with Midnight Moon, a gouda style cheese produced in Holland.
