The primary focus of the role is to build, coach, develop, lead and motivate a team that is capable of providing excellent client service in all interactions, analyzing clients’ needs, and recommending financial solutions that help Key clients achieve confidence in their financial wellness and achieve their goals. The Branch Manager is accountable for branch operations and compliance by providing direction and guidance to branch staff on operational/regulatory procedures, ensuring compliance with operational, security, audit procedures, and timely completion of branch operational tasks. Responsible for managing, staffing, and scheduling all direct report work schedules within the branch. The Branch Manager leads his/her team through consistent execution of the Branch Playbook to deliver on Branch Goals. Will serve as a market leader in the local community and/or designated business area. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or 3 years of branch management experience3 years experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.General understanding of financial statements and conceptsDemonstrated understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income and credit reportsDemonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to further promote businessDemonstrated experience with influencing business partners, as this role will require significant influence of partners such as Key Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking sales professionalsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate and possess strong public speaking skillsWorking knowledge of PC (MS Windows and Office Products)Personal BankerYou don’t have to be a financial expert to be a successful Personal Banker, you just need to have a strong desire to help people make better financial choices and be good at starting conversations, quickly building a rapport, and asking deeper questions. You really need to love the sales process, providing solutions to clients’ needs, and the excitement of achieving sales goals to be successful in this role. We equip our Bankers with a state-of-the-art digital tool that empowers them to have deeper conversations with clients. This tool allows us to deliver expert advice to our clients and gets them thinking about important questions related to their finances. You’ll work with the public. Empathy and a willingness to treat our clients like you would a family member is critical. Everyone is at a different place on their financial journey and we are here to help them in any way we can. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience1 year of experience in developing current and new customer relationshipsThe ideal Personal Banker is sales-driven, self-motivated, and competitive.Interpersonal interaction skillsFoundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with consumers and small businesses, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking.A keen ability to manage your time and own your day – balancing serving clients and growing your book of business.Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.).Must have access to reliable transportation to facilitate travel outside of the branches, including outside sales calls.TellerAs a Teller, you will report to the Branch Manager the Experience Leader and are the initial contact for clients. The Teller is a critical position within the branch and an important member of the branch team. The Teller provides excellent client service by welcoming new and existing clients of the Bank and assisting them with account transactions and servicing needs. In addition, he/she acts as a resource in identifying and resolving client servicing issues. Tellers, through their conversations with the clients, listen to uncover financial needs and transitions clients to a banker to further assist.
