Abstract... This will be a six-course food, cocktail, and wine tasting, with an additional cocktail course. We are featuring local ingredients introduced with a generational and vintage inspiration on global cuisine. Its sea-to-land menu concept, with a romantic but Earthy ambiance, gives our diners an interactive yet indulging experience, showcasing the P&L group's primary principles of peace, love, and happiness. MISSION STATEMENT... Our generation has carved a path of acceptance of the odd. The odd meaning is "different," having a way of expressing yourself "taking control of your Fate." Inspired to push those boundaries by combining vintage with the oddness, this generation has embraced with love and peace. Our mission is to showcase and protect this quality we introduced to this world. Using sustainable local ingredients inspired by our paths and memories to pave a pathway through our generation with food and drinks expressing who we are as P&L. DISSUSION... This set six-course tasting will showcase the best ingredients of the Hudson Vally. A sea-to-land menu theme embraces the unique farms within the area. Its global influences inspired the menu correlated to the chefs' memories and experiences. Its seasonal yet refreshing courses come together in harmony. To give our diner excellence and elegance experience to indulge in an intimate dining experience. Starting with a beautiful balance of acid and base flavors creates a fantastic ceviche. Or we have meaty venison with hints of sweetness from brown carrot puree. Then, finishing the evening with two beautiful desserts embodying the forest life.
