Description

The Virginia Beach SPCA invites children ages 6 to 10 to visit the shelter for an animal themed reading and craft experience. A guest reader will read a book to the group, followed by a craft activity, animal visits, and a shelter tour. All children will leave with a bookmark, a pencil, and their very own craft. Registration is $25 per child, and each experience is limited to 10 children. Please note that parents are not required to stay during the experience. However, if parents want to stay for the experience, we can only accommodate 1 adult per child. Click here to read the VBSPCA's current mask policy.
