This class uses “light” poses that aim to stretch the body, bringing stimulation to the joints and fascia. Relieve the stress of your work week and refresh your mind with this gentle yin yoga class.
Mats will be provided. Please bring a water bottle if you'd like.
Please note the first class and fourth class of each month will be a special class followed by a 30 minute soundbath. Join us for both or either!
