ONLY 15 PARTICIPANTS ARE BEING INVITED FOR THIS EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE. This event is for those who desire to embark on a novel adventure that transforms the way they experience reality. Focusing the mind, body, and spirit, through guided movement, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and ritual, our intention is to collectively raise the frequency, stimulate and merge our Divine Masculine & Feminine selves into one full being. We do this by awakening the 3 A's. Activation - Dance - this practice helps us to anchor our awareness in the present moment. By moving the body in rhythmic motions and patterns, we cultivate the energies needed to generate a powerfully positive effect. This is for all levels of movement experience. No professional dance background required. ;) Alignment - Yoga - this practice assists us in aligning the mind with ease and stretching the body to allow more energetic flow. This process will further release any tensions or stagnant energies lodged in the vessel or energy field. *Modifications will be provided so everyone can experience the benefit in their own bodies. Ascension - Sound Healing Meditation - using collective toning, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Turning Forks and guided meditation, we will harmonize with each other and anchor in The Light (Divine Source Energy) by focusing our consciousness on collective wellbeing. Our personal healing is linked to the healing of everyone connected to us. As we engage in this powerful, intentional, moving, deep work, we are creating the change we desire to experience. Participants will also receive divine goodies to go home with. :) What to wear: We encourage dynamic colors, bold prints, and all the things that demonstrate your uniqueness. YOU CAN NEVER BE TOO MUCH! We love you just the way you are! Simply make sure you can move, groove, reach, and stretch with ease. What to bring: Yoga mat (if you have one - some will be available for use), open mind, open heart, your dynamic, powerful, soulful self. Free parking is available on site and more is available on the street nearby. Payment: Tickets can only be purchased via Eventbrite. The Fine Print: This is a sacred space. Doors open at 6:40p and will be closed and locked @ 7:15p. Please be punctual/ ARRIVE EARLY. It is important that we begin and end collectively to respect the time of all involved. Once the experience begins, we will be in the momentum of positive energies and disruption is NOT the vibe. This is a Queer, Femme, BiPOC-centered space. Only love and respect will be tolerated. Raheim earned their Bachelors of Fine Arts and Masters of Fine Arts degrees in Dance Performance & Choreography from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and New York University Tisch School of the Arts, respectively, with a semester study at the Taipei National University of the Arts. While at NYU, Raheim discovered the healing power of Reiki. This encounter shifted the trajectory of their life. With strong curiosity and the need to develop tools for personal healing, Raheim was inspired to dive deeper and learn more. This led to certifications in yoga, Social-Emotional Learning Facilitation, meditation, and Akashic Record Reading. Through continued study, Raheim became a sound healer and certified Reiki Master-Teacher. In combining practices of movement, crystal healing, and art, RahCrystals was born. They have performed in Taipei, Montreal, Cuba, New York City, Dallas, LA, Miami, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and many other places in the US with various dance companies. This broad experience of culture and art aids Raheim in connecting to others authentically. Raheim is purposeful and intentional with everything they venture to accomplish. They desire to be a beacon of Light to aid others in becoming more authentically embodied through mindfulness, movement, meditation, expansion, possibility, and joy. Raheim is based in Atlanta, GA.
