Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape, Inc. is looking to hire someone for a full-time position who has landscape/hardscape experience for tasks such as: * Installing new irrigation valves * Fixing irrigation leaks * Replacing and/or installing new plants, etc. * Re-grading levels * Switching out broken or stained pavers and low voltage lighting * Devising solutions for failing drainage systems, etc. * Survey existing conditions on residential hardscape/landscape installation projects, identify/assess quality and resolve issues accordingly. * Manage safety programs (OSHA) and jobsite safety conditions. REQUIREMENTS Willing to train the right candidate! * Willingness to learn and grow skills from Laborer to Technician * Must have experience in the Hardscape/Landscape and/or construction industry with basic product knowledge and skills * Must be reliable, on time, and organized * Have strong communication skills and be able to positively interact with costumers * Success-driven * A team player who can work alone or supervised, with a positive attitude & a strong work ethic * Must be able to work in the US for any employer * Ideally live within 25 miles of our San Jose Headquarters * Have a clean driving record with valid CA driver’s license * Bi-lingual English/Spanish is helpful and completion of Horticulture and/or Construction courses is a plus.
