Looking for Creative Music Projects and Musicians

Hello. I'm looking for a new creative musical outlet, whether it's joining a band, writing/recording with a partner, organizing concerts and live events, or just hanging out with other musically-inclined people. I'm 45/m.....play guitar, bass, and sing vocals....love rock music, metal music, electronic music, etc. I would prefer to write and record original material with a group, but I mostly just wanna get involved in a fun, creative project with other local artists and meet some new musician friends.
