looking for shared recording space

Looking to find a shared live room/recording room amendable to making decent recordings. I have super minimal gear, just my laptop, audio interface/mic and acoustic guitar. Ideally the space would be super quiet and setup with good sound treatment. I’m trying to get more into the recording side of music and my untreated noisy AF apartment just isn’t ideal. Willing to trade money or help press the record button/setup takes on your recordings if needed. Thanks and peace
