We are seeking a Fiberglass Laminator to join our team! Responsibilities: Daily fiberglass lamination and production of small panel parts Daily Mold prep, PVA/wax, gelcoating processes Coordinate production operations Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion Load and unload equipment and materials ​Qualifications: Previous experience in fiberglass lamination or other related fields Mold development a plus Familiarity with hand/power tools and equipment Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to handle physical workload Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
