The Code of Ethics  - Our Promise of ProfessionalismREALTORS are required to attend a NAR-approved Ethics training class every 2 years.   Non-Realtors are welcomed (and encouraged) to attend and will receive 3Hrs CE Credit. This is a very informative class with a lot of REAL-WORLD discussion and interaction! This course is approved by the National Association of Realtors to meet the current Quadrennial required Ethics training cycle.  Students who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion to provide to their Board of REALTORS, in addition to the 3 Hrs CE Credit. From NAR: Realtor.org  Below are the cycle dates for the Code of Ethics Training Requirement. Training must be completed at any time during these established cycles: March 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024 Failure to complete training during any cycle will lead to suspension of membership for the January and February immediately following the cycle deadline, with a termination of membership starting March 1 after the cycle deadline. ***Lunch will be provided by our sponsor, TBD***  Instructor: Ming Richardson/Managing & Compliance Broker, Maximum One Realtor Partners GREC School # 6915 GREC Course # 62963 For questions about your registration please call Maximum One at 678-782-5050 or 678-616-1130.
