Can you hear it? Valhalla is calling...Let us hear your battle cry at The Valhalla Games 3 Dog Days at Lake of the Ozarks. A Viking themed event for athletes of all skill levels. Come and test your mettle in 3 WODS and a final. Also 2 floater WODS will be integrated into scores. 2 divisions, RX and Scaled. 2 person teams. M-M, F-F, Events will consist of feats of strength, endurance and heart... This will incorporate all types of elements and gear. No guts no glory. There will be Strongman elements, functional fitness elements and just plain grit. Choose a teammate Warrior and bring your tribe to cheer you on. . Come and throw down for the right to take home great some prizes and bragging ights . This is not for the faint of heart. Until Valhalla... Standards and workouts will be released soon.
