Ready Train Go is hosting a Mental Health Awareness Expo in the Mid Rivers Mall on July 22nd & July 23rd from 10am-8pm each day. There will be resources showcased throughout the mall to assist those affected by suicide, trauma, mental illness, addiction, loss, grief, judgement, anxiety, rejection and other hardships in life. Join us in learning more about how help, hope and healing is possible through the support of others in the community. There will be a store scavenger hunt throughout the mall as well as prizes, therapy dogs, giveaways and fun activities centered around getting rid of the stigma of the struggles of mental health.
