Paint/body work + mechanic

I don't need a warranty from a big franchise. I'm looking for someone who knows how to do good job and will treat an old AW11 MR2 like their own. There is no rush, you can work at your own pace. The car is from the mid-Atlantic. The last owner loved driving the car in all weather and knew a welder who took care of rust spots. Car needs: * Paint and body work * A/C compressor belt is off. The last owner did not use A/C so I'm not sure of the condition. * T-Tops leak. Please keep this in mind if you have to store it. AW11 T-Tops can leak even with new rubber so we'll need to talk about replacing later. Please let me know what make the job worth your time and what paint/finish you would do. Looking to keep this car on the road as long as possible, a full restoration may be 7+ years away. Some pictures of the rough spots:
