In this training, participants will: Be provided tools and resources that challenge the school-to-prison pipeline Learn how zero tolerance discipline policies influence the suspension and graduation rates of students with disabilities thus priming students for the juvenile justice system, especially those of low economic status. Learn about the trends in juvenile justice for students with disabilities and Enhance their ability to strategically identify and address behaviors using three approaches: Cultural Awareness, Trauma-Informed, and Conscious Discipline
