Have you always wanted to learn to make Biscotti or Spritz, the cookies so popular in Italy?
Join me for a fast-paced class where we will work step-by-step to bake these cookies together. They are easy, but the results are gourmet. The Biscotti and the Spritz are great for holiday gifts, they freeze well, and are perfect for an Italian breakfast with a cup of espresso.
A little about me.... I am an Italian American living in California with a passion for everything Italian. I have been an instructor at the local community college for 25+ years and have been combining my teaching experience and passion for Italian food to create my cooking and baking classes. So far, I have taught classes in ravioli making, Piadine Romagnola Italian flatbread, pesto sauce, Panzanella tomato salad, and southern Italian- style eggless pasta. My upcoming classes are Eggplant parmigiana in August, An Autumn Night in Southern Italy in September, and Italian Christmas cookies in December 2022.
My blog, An Italian Dish, has been another creative expression of my passion. I began it in 2016 after my second trip to Italy. I return to Italy as often as possible to learn about the cuisine and hone my cooking skills. All the info about all of my Cooking and Baking Classes for 2022 is on my website!!
The Italian Cookie class is this Sunday, July 10, 2022, from 12:30 - 3:00 pm Pacific time on Zoom. It is a virtual class and costs $40 per streaming device.
