2 Rooms - Ceiling Removal and Drywall Install -$1500

I recently purchased a home and I need 2 ceilings removed and installed. I will pay $1500 for the labor and I will also purchase the materials. I would like someone who is experienced, professional, and confident in renovating. I need the work completed by July 30th at the very latest...the sooner the better. The first room currently has a drop ceiling and is approximately (20ft x 14ft). I will need the grid and tiles removed, and new drywall hung. All light fixtures will remain. The second room (approximately 18ft x 16ft) has acoustic tile that was glued on, so the old drywall will likely need to be removed and new drywall hung. I will need wiring ran from the outlet for one ceiling fan mount installed in the center of the ceiling. I need both ceilings to be paint ready, but I will do the painting myself. I need all old materials to be removed. The house was built in 1935, so there will probably be some bugs, gnarly old rolled insulation, and possibly even rodent droppings in the attic above the ceilings. I will pay $750 after the first room is complete and the remaining $750 after the second room is complete.
