Fine Grade Concrete, Landscapes and More is looking to hire some qualified candidates for fun and engaging work positions. We are looking to hire a crew lead/Foreman, and some potential laborers that want to learn the trade. The duties of the Foreman position: - Shows ability to show up to work on time with a good attitude and desire to lead - Shows proficient communication skills whether to the customer or the project manager about progress or obstacles - Understands the general process of installing new yards from the ground up as well as a demo and rebuild process - Understands the process of prepping and installation of hardscape such as pavers, retaining walls and other potential hardscape projects. - Understands irrigation installation aka wiring of valves, zone layout, and trouble shooting techniques - Can comfortably operate equipment and tow trailers - Shows integrity and honesty in what they do and say - Not necessary, but would be helpful if had an understanding of concrete prep and finish work as well Perks of the foreman position: - Gas card and company vehicle to drive to home and from work every night - Runs jobs and reports only to the project manager - Sporadic bonuses including $500 sign on bonus after 3 months - Pay range $23-$28 per hour General laborer concrete or landscape duties and expectations: - Shows up to work on time with a desire to learn - Shows attentiveness to detail - Willingness to be taught and engages in all aspects of the job - Good communication skills to the foreman or project manager - Honesty and integrity Pay starts at $20 per hour with no experience Sign on Bonus of $250 after the first three months We are looking to hire 3 candidates for these positions.
