You're invited to our Community Doula Services open house. Join us to learn about our FREE doula program in St. Joseph County, services we provide to pregnant people and take a tour of the center. Did you know? Indiana ranks 3rd highest for maternal deaths in the country and 8th highest for infant deaths. Black and Brown pregnant people are 3-4 times more likely to die from pregnancy related causes than White women. The Community Doula Services Program is here to meet the needs of pregnant people in St. Joseph County. Our doulas provide non-medical support to pregnant and post-partum people to ensure they have a safe labor and delivery. The open house will be held on Thursday, July 28th from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Charles Martin Youth Center 802 Lincolnway W, South Bend, IN 46616.
