Come join us at Fountainhead Taproom on Tuesday, July 19th from 6pm to 8pm for drinks and planty crafts, no experience or supplies needed! In this workshop we will plant a tropical indoor plant onto a piece of bark to hang in your home or give as a gift. Included supplies are: -Moss -A selection of plants to choose from -Twine -Fishing wire -Cork bark -Fixtures for hanging your plant -All the tools necessary to complete this craft We will go over how to care for these plants as well! Anyone is welcome! ~What is an epiphyte? A plant that grows on another plant but is not parasitic, such as the numerous ferns, bromeliads, air plants, and orchids growing on tree trunks in tropical rainforests. Epiphytes are also known for absorbing moisture through their leaves as well as roots. ~What will the project look like in the end?
