Quick electrical ac fix

I have a 2015 Nissan Altima I purchased it a few months ago The ac isn't working I had a guy look at it and showed me what was wrong with it I just have a jack and don't know enough to fix it There's a electrical peice a tab that bent a rusted coming of the compressor keeping it from working My battery is the same way the tab got bent and corroded and I have to angle the right way to make a connection It has freon in it with pressure so it's not that It should be really easy to fix If you know what to do I also need my headlight assemblies replaced you can fix that when I get the parts I can come to you I'm all over so if you're in VA or Dc it may work
