Come and enjoy FREE Baby and Me Yoga classes all summer at Beacon Park!Baby and Me yoga classes are a very comfortable, supportive environment where parents can meet, make connections and enjoy special times with their babies, all while experiencing the benefits of yoga. **Classes are designed for parents/caregivers with non-walking infants/toddlers (0-18 months)** No prior yoga experience necessary-- you and your baby may participate as gently as you like. If you have questions about when to start, do ask your midwife or doctor. We suggest wearing comfortable clothes you can move in, a yoga mat and a blanket for your baby to rest on.
