Small black and white tuxedo cat found at 822 Willis in Chandler, AZ. Black fur on top, white fur on bottom, with a little collar with a bell around his neck. I called Animal control and they said there's nothing that can be done, I went to buy him some food and water and he disappeared.. I should have just picked him up myself, because its obvious he wasn't a stray he was someones special friend... If this is your cat please come look for him at WinCo foods in Chandler AZ, I left him food and water to get him through the night, I am so sorry I didn't scoop him up, I wanted to but he moved too fast. Please come get him :(
