Description
Willl train. Must be good at communication with tenants for duplex in West Ames. Not a procrastinator.
Needs to be able to document repairs, conditions, exterior upkeep with phone and email.
Would be a plus if some handyman skills were possible. I have great tenants and want to give them the best of service.
Pays once a month. $25/hour. Hours are flexible.
