Aloha folks, I been playing solo for a while, just buskin, traveling, making it happen. I have a bunch of tunes I wrote over the years, mostly rock style, that I would like to play out live to people. I play some covers, big fan of system of a down, sublime, everclear, sugar ray, rolling stones, Metallica, pearl jam, all the classics like Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, the yardbirds, etc. I put out a few hip hop albums, produced a lot of beats, mixed and mastered my own vocals for myself and others, but my passion really comes from singing and playing guitar. Im better at strumming and singing, my leads are alright but I'm definitely not a lead player. more like how Mick jagger or Eddie Vedder plays with his band. I been doin open mics and some of my own shows, I did a little festival doing an hour of my originals that I was real happy with, but it definitely ain't nearly as fun as playing with others. I write songs about love, finding it, losing it, having a good time, being thankful, and praising the most high. I'm almost 30 and Im feeling like jamming again, I was playing with people a lot in Hawaii but haven't found my niche yet out here. Just seeing what's out there. I haven't written a whole lot of gospel style songs but I would like to do more of that in the future and goin forward. Bob Marley is a huge inspiration. I can kinda play the harmonica too.
