We are looking for a contractor/handyman that can help fix an old commercial space (previously a gas station). Here's what we're planning to do: 1. Make Storage Building Rent-Ready: - Replace locks on the door + garage + send us a copy of the keys by mail - Add four panels to the roof and fully patch the roof from leaks - Fix the garage, replacing springs - Patch all holes on the side of the building - Remove all trash / debris and fully clean out inside of the building - Clear out trees behind the building - Send full video walkthrough outside + inside 2. Advertise Rental: - Paint over the 2x "For Sale Signs" with clear + professional-looking new message: "Retail + Storage For Rent: 505-588-5252" (using some letter templates / spray paint?) - Help clean up the grounds - Share pictures of the sign for approval - Share a walkthrough video around outside of the property 3. Make Gas Station Retail Building Rent-Ready: - Fix locks - Fully cleanout trash inside the building - Fix up ceiling - Replace flooring in the retail area - Repaint inside + outside - Ensure bathrooms functional - Remove boards Contact us now!
