Does anyone need a live-in care taker / house repair man?

I have been living in a basement apartment for several years taking care of all the repairs, snow removal, yard work, bird feeding, cooking... etc. This situation is coming to an end soon and I'm looking for a similar situation. I have all my own tools and can repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical... etc. I have a newer model mini van, valid driver's license and I don't drink liquor or smoke... I live a simple life, like to read a lot and work on various hobbies.
