Squirt is ready to have an outside enclosure, but I live in an HOA neighborhood and I am unable to build anything in the backyard. I let him run around in the backyard during the day to get sunlight while keeping a close watch for predators. Please only serious inquiries. I would like for him to go to a home with the space he needs to be a healthy, happy tortoise.
