District Maintenance Supervisor - Tallahassee Area Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment and property management firms with a sixty-year track record of success managing apartment communities, has an exciting opportunity for an organized, hard-working, and established District Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Tallahassee, FL! This role will oversee a portfolio of properties and their respective on-site teams responsible for the turnover and renovation of apartments, maintenance and renovation of common areas (leasing offices, clubhouses, internet cafés, fitness centers, sports courts/field, playgrounds, etc.), routine and preventative maintenance of apartments, and special projects involving building exteriors, mechanical systems, etc. The District Maintenance Supervisor will work as part of a team of managers and will maintain his or her own portfolio.
