Gigging Band ISO Female Rock Vocalist

We are a rock band with two female vocalists, a lead guitar/male vocalist, rhythm guitar/male vocalist, bass guitarist, and drummer. We need to replace one of our female vocalists. We are looking for a team player with strong stage presence who can sing lead and backup. We have other day jobs but a professional approach to our music. We typically practice every Tuesday evening in Old Town Alexandria, and do paid 3-4 hour gigs around Northern Virginia (and occasionally DC) once or twice a month. We perform mostly classic and contemporary rock from Pat Benatar to Carrie Underwood, Bonnie Raitt to Alanis Morisette, AC/DC to Portugal. The Man, by way of Elle King, Blondie, Gnarls Barkley, Grace Potter, Joan Jett, Lady Gaga, Janis Joplin, the Eagles, Ella Henderson, Sheryl Crow, Shania Twain, Pink, etc. (reflecting different but overlapping tastes of the band members). We try to add about a song a month to our repertoire. We currently have mostly female-lead songs (including songs originally sung by male singers), and are always striving to add new ones. We hope our new singer will be ready to perform lead or backup on at least 20 songs by September. Our vocalists take turns leading songs and we encourage learning both lead and back up/harmonies on as many songs as possible to ensure that we are gig-ready even if one vocalist is unavailable for a gig. We plan to hold auditions in the next two weeks, based on several songs we have selected from our song list to highlight both lead and backup skills.
