Lost wallet from Springfield to dc

Hello. I lost my wallet in my Lyft. I was dropped off in Springfield, Virginia on July 4 around 9:00 pm. My Lyft driver told me that his next passenger was a couple leaving the Springfield area back to Washington DC. The wallet is envelope length and the ID will read Victoria. It is a Virginia license. Please, if you have seen it, no questions asked, if I could get my things back. I will give you a cash reward. Thank you
