Need a trim carpenter for window sills and casing per pics attached.

I am a GC and I have a client that would like some windows trimmed out in the basement of a school. As you can see, this is an old foundation / rubble wall, but, trimming out the windows will make it look more finished. Please see the attached pics. I need a skilled trim carpenter to fabricate window sills and window casing to make the windows look better i.e. move finished. Once installed I will need sills and casing painted but I have painters ready to go. Please let me know if interested, we can take a look on-site but the pictures are pretty clear, there are are five maybe six windows……each window is about 22” wide by 48” tall….. Thanks,
