Hiring for household projects

Looking for someone to help with some small projects in my apartment. Pay is $25/hour. I’d like to have the project completed on either Saturday, July 9th or Sunday, July 10th, preferably in the early afternoon. I’ll need the contractor to provide tools; if some piece of hardware is needed that I don’t have, I’ll reimburse upon receipt. I have 10 short wall shelves (8 from Ikea) that I need hung on bedroom and living room walls, with whatever appropriate hardware to ensure that they can hold the items they need to. Approximately 5 ceiling hooks for hanging plants, again ensuring that they’re sturdy. And this is a fingers-crossed ask, but someone who could tell me why my dining table is wobbly and help me to fix it would be great.
