Our beautiful property in Arvada, Colorado is actively searching for a qualified maintenance technician. Qualified candidates will have a winning attitude, great personality, excellent communication, time management skills, and be a team player that is willing to go above and beyond for our apartment community. This is a full-time position. Salary Package includes: Apartment (non-smoking), utilities, free parking and a monthly salary between $1,500-$2,250; based on experience, level of skill, and credentials/education. You must be able to live on site. No health benefits offered. Working hours are from 8:00am -5:00pm. You must be able to work weekends and after hours as the job requires. (On call one day a week and one weekend per month; subject to change) Requirements/Qualifications: 1 + year experience as a maintenance technician Experience with make ready turns Experience and knowledge of hand tools and power tools Experience with Drywall Experience with ceramic tile repair/replacement Experience with water pipe repair/replacement Experience with commercial hot water heater installation (Desired) Experience and knowledge of basic electric Ability to troubleshoot and make necessary repairs EPA Universal license or HVAC Certification (Desired) CPO or Pool experience (Desired) Snow Removal required per season Must be 21 years or older Background check and drug test required Must have current driver’s license, auto insurance and vehicle If you are interested and qualified, please send us your resume with a brief letter of why we should hire you!!
