Licensed contractor needed ASAP for glamping resort project

Hi! Wildhaven is breaking ground on a new 40-unit glamping resort in early August, and we're looking for licensed contractors for: - Civil work: grading, roads, septic system, concrete pads for garage and bathhouse, and underground utilities - Structures: simple bathhouse structure ~1200 sf, plus 28 tent platforms (~12x24') and/or cabins The project is located on Hwy 140 in Mariposa, CA, and we have onsite accommodations available for contractors. Successful contractors on this project will be invited to bid on Phase 2 of the project, as well as all of our future glamping projects in CA. This is our 2nd glamping resort project and we're adding 1-2 per year.
