Description
Busy manufactured home park is looking to hire 2 techs full time to complete rehabs/turns of units.
Must have experience with flooring, painting, siding, carpentry, some electrical & plumbing, skirting, replacement of windows & doors.
You must work fast, efficiently, clean & accurate.
w2 position only. 40 hours a week. $17 an hour with possible overtime.
Our immediate focus is Rock hill, however we do have other parks in the greater Louisiana area we will send you too as needed.
