Part-Time Service Specialist $13/Hour + Mileage Reimbursement
Provide superior service at assigned accounts to meet corporate goals, standards, and objectives along with meeting customer requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
• Quality service of accounts to include system maintenance, product inventory, service logs, and problem solving
• Systems installations and maintenance at assigned locations
• Respond to and resolve all equipment issues for assigned locations
• Document results via electronic service logs, and contact with our Sales Team
• Uphold company image and standards
• Stay informed regarding basic product knowledge, service options, etc.
• Keep track of time & mileage and fill out time/expense form
Qualifications/Other:
• High school diploma or GED
• Hands on experience with mechanical equipment – Advanced training provided
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical components
• Customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong ability to problem-solve, trouble shoot, and make repairs in a timely manner
• Basic knowledge of systems, equipment and products for implementation, installation and training of/for customers
• Have dependable transportation to use for work
• Ability to work independently with regularly scheduled calls from your supervisor.
• Able to work 15-20 hours per week.
