We need 1 electrician AND 1 plumber. **$50 AN HOUR on for as-needed on-call basis. *Great for guys/crews starting out or just need another customer for themselves. Let's get you started! PLEASE CONTACT ONLY BETWEEN 8a-8p but 7-days a week. Who we are - We are a nationwide company who wants to find great contract people (men, women, they/them encouraged equally) to complete work. Bi-lingual and Spanish speaking encouraged to apply! What to expect - This is an opportunity to work reasonable flexible hours to get work accomplished. A contractor with us will need a vehicle, driver's license/State ID, tools, smart phone and a bank account for direct deposit. When to expect - We direct deposit per a pay schedule where invoices are submitted weekly. What skills are successful in this job - Be honest, show up when scheduled, reliable so tenants know you're serious to help with their needs, committed to follow through and success, respectful and reliable. Skills for a successful plumber with our company - Sweat and work with copper Knowledge of black gas pipe Proficient in PVC drain lines and installs Sump pumps Water Heaters Able to pull permits (NOT required but would be helpful) Work site assessments and estimates We also have immediate needs to add successful competent contractors for the large amounts of open work orders pending.
