Tradesmen International is not a temp to hire staffing agency. We are a leased labor firm offering decades of consistent work within the construction, industrial, and general labor fields. Our associates are not eligible for hire by our clients because we are a leased labor company with associates hired on a W2 basis. We have employees working in the Indy area today that have been employed with Tradesmen for up to 22 years and counting. We match our associates with one of our 600+ clients in the Indy area and work to keep them busy consistently. Current projects include Lucas Oil Fieldhouse, New Apartment Construction in Downtown Indy, Demo jobs, Electrical Helper, HVAC Helpers, Carpenters, Flooring installers, etc Pay is based on the level of skill that you can show. We currently range between $19 - $24 per hour for Apprentice level but pay up to $34 per hour for skilled Maintenance, Millwrights etc.
