I have built a venue in the showroom of a rug store. The room sounds great. The vibe is amazing. Max occupancy is 100. There is a jbl PA for vocals. Perfect place to have your own party. Great relaxed vibe. Perfect place to record a live record. Feel free to email me with any questions or to get more details. We are open to uses not listed below if they make sense. We are opening it up for: 1. Rehearsals/jams 2. Audio recording( we run a basic protools set up 3.video and Audio recording 4. Live streaming 5. Rent for private party or cd release party.
