Replace my front steps w/Brick or Concrete

I need the front steps to my home replaced and I want the new ones to be of Brick or Concrete, something permanent. Someone from CL took the job, worked a half day, destroyed my existing steps, and then refused to return calls etc. So I need this done this summer, the sooner the better. Existing steps were, one 4’ step to landing and code now states landing to be 5’X5’. I will also need a very solid and secure hand railing for it as well. Google 100 Miramar Drive in Allouez to find an image of the old steps to my front door. Being old myself, email is the best way to contact me, not texts.
