Apartment Building Owner and Operator is seeking a motivated building porter / entry level maintenance assistant to help us re-position an existing apartment building we are purchasing. General Responsibilities of the position include: - Working with the Head Building Engineer - Cleaning and assistance with upkeep and management of the physical building - Processing and completing submitted work orders - Assistance with preparation and coordination of make ready for apartments - Response to emergency needs - Ensuring tenant needs are met Apartment experience not required but is a plus.
