Job Description: Porter/Janitor Pondsco Facility Services is hiring for a Porter/Janitor to support The Parks Mall. Pay Rate: $12.15/ Hourly Available Shift: FT/8am-4pm. FT 4pm-11:30pm CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean/maintain floors Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing). Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas). Follow assigned schedule. Perform other general cleaning duties as needed. POSITION REQUIEMENTS Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test. Physical requirements of the job consist of lifting of up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking.
