Our property management company is looking for a motivated cleaner who works well independently. Located in Washington just outside of East Washington. Details: 2x weekly cleaning of 2 laundry rooms (sweeping, mopping, wiping down machines)Monthly deep cleaning of laundry roomsYou pick your own hours between 8 AM and 7 PM Sunday through SaturdayIndependent contractor position. You are not an employee of the companyCleaning vacant apartments for new tenants. 1-2/month on average. Sometimes more or less.Pay is based on experience and qualifications.May be offered other odds/ends jobs that you can choose to do or not. (Shoveling snow, pulling weeds, parking lot clean up, etc.) NOT REQUIRED to be hired
