Job requires building custom house pads WITH A LOADER. All our loaders are cabbed and have AC. Opportunity for overtime every week, with a chance for rapid advancement. Willing to train the right individuals. 95% of work is in the North Valley. We are a low-key Mom & Pop construction company, looking for individuals with a willingness to work with their employees. Most of the current employees have been here 20+ years. Pay starts at $20.00 per hour and up, depending on experience. Needs to be able to show up to work every day, on time. Valid driver's license is required - CDL is a plus. This position requires individuals that can operate a Wheel Loader & Grade Tractor, process dirt for compaction, with an ability to read plans. Must be able to pass a drug test - Paid Holidays - Medical & Dental.
