I dont know who your post was directed at nor do i care. But to set you straight on something, you have to be able to prove that it is a "true threat". If someone says they would hit you do hard your brother would feel it, or I'll slap you silly, those arent "true threats". In order for it to be a federal offense, there would be so much more involved. The content of the entire communication, the police a jury, a prosecutor a judge. So you can go that far and it never be considered a true threat.
