He's half blind and half deaf, he's super sweet and I just want to find a good home for him, he hasn't ever really gotten to see a human before so he's very excitable. He loves people from what I've seen, he's not really my dog I'm rehoming him for a family friend who can't take care of him he's been chained in the back yard for his whole life but that somehow hasn't caused any trauma towards people he just has a scar around his neck. I could only get one picture of him and you can see the mess he's had to live in. $20 dollar re homing fee
