Construction company seeking a floating Handyman to perform repairs, maintenance, coordinate, communicate and oversee sub contractors work throughout our building/construction portfolio. Job duties include, but are not limited to: demolition, repairs & renovations interior & exterior, building maintenance & cleaning, sheet rocking, tile work, repair & new install of wood/vinyl flooring, overall building maintenance, etc. Qualified Candidate MUST have experience and be capable of overseeing a project from start to finish. Must have tools and transportation. Required Skills: •Detailed Oriented and experienced multi-tasking •Exceptional communication skills - including managing crews.
